Joined as an Analyst and progressed through Associate, Senior Associate, Assistant Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Director.
Worked on Hong Kong-side due diligence for HNA’s acquisition of CWT and the related transaction involving a Hong Kong-listed acquisition vehicle.
Worked on the first stage of National Arts Holdings’ debt restructuring, involving more than 400 creditors, many of them bondholders.
Advised on due diligence, rights issues, debt restructurings, and transactions that did not complete.
